Why we love her: Hmmm…where do I start with this year’s bachelorette? Not only is she stunning, well-educated (she was an assistant district attorney before the show), but when she was on last year’s bachelor, she voluntarily left the show because she knew the bachelor was a narcissistic douchebag. You have to hand it to the girl, that’s showing some serious stones. But for someone who makes their living putting bad men behind bars, it’s probably just another one to add to the list. Andi Dorfman is our crush this week because she’s powerful, intelligent, and obviously, very sexy.
So what do you need to know about this year’s bachelorette?
She got her B.A. from Louisiana State University, then her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. All this and she’s apparently totally fun and awesome. Oh, and she only just recently turned 27. Brains + Beauty = guys might actually begin watching The Bachelorette.
She was working as an assistant to a district attorney before accepting to be the next bachelorette. She also once convicted a murderer of their crime in only eight minutes. Talk about a turn on.
She’s from Georgia and has strong family values. She perfectly fits the mold of that southern belle you dream of meeting when a country song comes on the radio. The type of girl who looks like the girl next door, but then drinks you under the table on an empty stomach.
She is self-proclaimed, very feisty! Well, the part about her being a kickass attorney was definitely a giveaway. But I know every guy is concerned with a much different kind of feisty behaviour.
Even before she was on The Bachelor, ModernLuxury.com named her one of the “20 most eligible Atlantians.” So it’s no surprise that television soon came calling.
She’s a big sports fan. Her favourite team is her hometown Atlanta Braves.
She apparently loves food, and loves to eat a lot of it. I don’t think any guy would have a problem footing a large bill to try and see something that attractive try and out eat him.
By now she’s most likely engaged and in love with some other guy, which is a shame for every guy who yearns for a beautiful and intelligent woman. But that doesn’t mean we can’t all begin to secretly enjoy a little bit of reality TV every Monday night. Either that, or at least daydream of her handcuffing us and screaming displeased remarks into our ear.
