In response to the record leaking online just days ago, Björk’s Vulnicura is available for purchase on iTunes right now, two months ahead of its scheduled release date in March.
In a statement on her official Facebook, the Icelandic icon notes that Vulnicura is a “heartbreak album,” and she hopes the songs “could be a help , a crutch to others, and prove how biological [the] process is.”
With production by Arca (Kanye West, FKA Twigs) and The Haxan Cloak, Vulnicura is Björk’s first record since the 2011 interactive highlight Biophilia.
The iTunes UK link is live now, with plans to roll it out worldwide in the next 24 hours.
