“Sharknado is jumping on the gravy train!” Space announced in a press release on Thursday.
Toronto’s mayor is set to appear in the exclusive Canadian version of Sharknado 2: The Second One, the sequel to last year’s campy made-for-tv movie that exploded on social media and became an instant cult classic. In the movie, Canadian viewers will see a Ford impersonator holding a press conference in New York announcing that Toronto will offer relief aid to the Sharknado disaster in New York City. Next? A flying shark smashes through the window and impales the mayor.
Sharknado 2: The Second One premieres on Space on Wednesday July 30th at 9:00pm.
