Leonardo DiCaprio plays real-life, hard-partying New York stock broker Jordan Belfort in Martin Scorcese’s new film The Wolf of Wall Street. The film, which hits theaters on November 15th, is based on the 2008 memoir by Belfort, who eventually landed in prison for scamming investors out of $200 million.
“The year I turned 26, I made $49 million, which really pissed me off because it was three shy of a million a week,” DiCaprio’s character says in the first trailer for highly anticipated film, which marks his fifth collaboration with director Martin Scorsese.
The 38-year-old actor is joined in the flick by a star-studded cast including Jonah Hill, Matthew McConaughey, Jon Bernthal, Kyle Chandler, Margot Robbie, Cristin Milioti, and Jean Dujardin.
