Just in time for the final holiday-shopping rush, Google has released the perfect commercial — a Home Alone remake starring… Macaulay Culkin.
In the ad the 38-year-old actor recreates some of the most famous scenes from the beloved holiday film—released in 1990, when he was 10—as a grown-up Kevin McCallister using Google Assistant.
“Hey Google, what’s on my calendar today?” Culkin asks.
Google Assistant replies: “You have one event called, ‘House to yourself.’”
Culkin hilariously recreates iconic scenes like the after-shave scene, the fake party scene, and more.
“#heygoogle Have you ever wondered what Kevin McCallister is like as an adult? Me neither. But just in case you’re curious you should totally watch this #ad,” Culkin posted on Twitter, along with the new minute-long commercial.
