Blue Santa is back! WestJet has just released its latest Christmas Miracle video, showing the Calgary-based airline bringing a little holiday joy to the residents of Fort McMurray.
WestJet’s fifth annual holiday video shows the families most impacted by the Fort McMurray wildfires enjoying some food and music at the Snowflake Soirée, hosted by the airline. The heartwarming video also captures the community getting an unexpected gift from the sky that just might help make the holiday season a little more merry.

According to WestJet, 826 Fort McMurray residents attended their Christmas Miracle event, which featured 500 stockings, 300 pounds of candy, 348 parachutes dropped, and countless smiles. Forty-eight WestJet volunteers helped put it all together to create a night everyone would remember.
