It’s Super Bowl Sunday on February 5th, and no doubt sports fans across the country will be gathering to watch the New England Patriots face off against the Atlanta Falcons in Houston, Texas. Of course, there’s nothing like having a group of friends over to watch the game and no bowl party is complete without some football-ready drinks.
To help Canadians celebrate, we checked in with Toronto mixologist Nick Nemeth, who partnered with Mott’s Clamato to create two new Caesar recipes, inspired by the Patriots and the Falcons. Fans of the New England Patriots can drink The Clam & The Patriot and Atlanta Falcons fans can enjoy The Hotlanta Caesar.
“In honour of New England, I created a drink that plays up the clam favour the region is known for,” explains Boston Pizza chief mixologist Nick Nemeth. “And in honour of Atlanta’s southern tastes, we’ve created a hot and spicy Caesar.”
