The summer’s most outrageous awards bash took over the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday night with Miley Cyrus playing host. The 2015 MTV Video Music Awards stirred controversy while bringing out some of music’s finest to celebrate and (of course) make serious fashion statements.
Here’s a look at five gents we noticed on this year’s annual VMA red carpet.
Pharrell
Pharrell and his wife, Helen Lasichanh, absolutely killed the double denim trend when they hit the annual VMAs on Sunday night. Pharrell’s distressed Canadian Tuxedo look (courtesy of Japanese label Neighborhood) was arguably the best menswear look of the night.

Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber stepped out on the VMA red carpet on Sunday night wearing a killer head to toe Saint Laurent look. Of course, it was his long, bleach blonde hair that hung down in a swoop (to quote host Miley Cyrus) that really got the Internet going.
—
Kanye West
Kanye West hit the annual VMA red carpet wearing a beige sweater and sweatpants from his much-anticipated adidas “Yeezy Season 1” collection, which hits stores in October. Of course, Kim Kardashian accompanied her husband wearing Balmain.
—
Nick Jonas
Nick Jonas arrived on the annual VMA red carpet wearing a brown leather jacket with matching leather pants, courtesy of Versace. Bold, but pretty damn VMA worthy.
—
Brooklyn Beckham
The eldest Beckham child hit the annual VMA red carpet on Sunday night solo looking pretty cool wearing a white Ralph Lauren suit jacket, black skinny jeans and a pair of grey trainers. Finishing touch? Brooklyn topped off his look with a quiff his stylish dad David would be proud of.
