It may be a cold end to the year, but New York’s own A$AP Mob are keeping things hot. Along with some some high-profile partnerships with clothing brands — you may recall group frontman, A$AP Rocky, recently collaborating with Under Armour — the music collective is now delving into the world of fashion accessories.
Leading the charge is the ever-charismatic A$AP Ferg, whose massive “Plain Jane” single recently achieved multi-platinum certification. Earlier today, the Fergenstein himself unveiled a buzzy alliance with Casio’s G-SHOCK brand, and it’s looking pretty damn fresh.
This big move will see the two parties churn out a new take on the G-SHOCK classic GA-110 model. Debuting in a clean and transparent silhouette, Ferg’s own Casio plays around with the idea of diamond timepieces by mimicking the aesthetic of rap royalty’s iciest options.
The FERG GA-110 is outfitted with auto LED light, shock-resistant material, and a fancy speed indicator. If you also happen to be a jetsetter, the watch will have you covered thanks to its 29 timezones. You can peep a preview of the piece below. G-SHOCK and Ferg’s wristwatch is available for pre-order right now and will retail for about $200 Canadian.
