Raven + Lily is an eco-friendly employer of marginalized women in Ethiopia, India, Cambodia and the United States. At fair trade wages, these women make soap, jewellery, and women’s accessories. The Ethiopia Collection, for example, is jewellery crafted of handmade beads and charms from the melted bullet casings of former war conflicts, and goes to benefit HIV positive women. The agency gives the women it employs access to a safe job, sustainable income, healthcare and education. Hand-milled natural soaps in a range of fragrances run $7 each.
