Earlier this year Converse unveiled the Chuck Taylor All Star II, an update on their iconic canvas sneaker. Now the legendary footwear brand has revealed that the revamped sneaker will also be released in a limited-edition “Volt” colour, inspired by Nike’s cushioning Lunarlon technology infused in the new silhouette.
The attention-grabbing volt colour will complement the four original Chuck Taylor All Star II colours (black, white, red and blue) that hit shelves across the globe in July. Of course, other details on the revamped shoe remain the same, such as white foxing, a rubber toecap, and All Star patch on the ankle.
The limited-edition Chuck Taylor All Star II Volt colourway will be available in both high top ($80) and low cut ox ($75) silhouettes from select retailers on Tuesday September 15th.
