Behold, Converse‘s winter-ready sneaker, the All Star Chuck ’70 Down Jacket!
That’s right sneakerheads, down. Converse has once again re-invented their classic Chuck Taylor All-Star, this time turning the popular high-top into a down-filled sneaker warm enough to replace your bulky winter boots. Instead of its usual canvas make-up, the new limited-edition Converse All Star Chuck ’70 Down Jacket high-tops feature a diamond quilted monochromatic nylon upper that will ensure your feet are kept safe from frostbite. Padded with an 80-20 ratio of down and feathers (the same ratio utilized in the highest-quality weatherized jackets), the kicks in the newly unveiled collection also feature red-and-blue pull-up tabs on the tongue, metal eyelets and a suede lining inside for a little extra warmth and insulation.
Offered in solid black and off-white, the Converse All Star Chuck ‘70 Down Jacket collection is available at select retailers across Canada including: Baggins, Gravity Pope, Capsule, Community 54 and Lost & Found for $110.
