Jared Leto was the first winner of the night when he picked up the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role for his role in the film Dallas Buyers Club. Before he hit the stage Leto walked the red carpet wearing a sharp Saint Laurent look, complete with a red bow tie.
