Believe it or not Paris, Milan, London, and New York have already had their fall/winter 2015 Men’s Fashion Week. That means now is the perfect time to get ahead of the fashion curve and get inspired by this coming fall’s biggest fashion trends.

A Pop Of Red

Many designers used red this season for a bold pop of colour. From accent to an entire red ensemble, we saw it all this year. If you are going to add a little flash to your wardrobe, do it with red. If you’re thinking that bright red is a little much, then simply incorporate the trend into your outfit with accessories. Ties, pocket squares, and scarves are some great options that will give your outfit impact, without being in your face.

Green, Green, And Green

Red is not your thing? Another colour that dominated the runways of New York City, London, Milan and Paris was green. Shades of green (including army green, shamrock and dark spring green) popped up on every runway. Jackets, shirts, sweaters, pants, or accessories… there are plenty of ways to work this colour into your wardrobe for fall 2015.

Stay Warm With Shearling

Fashion has a tendency to repeat some of the biggest trends of the past. This year we are heading straight back to the ‘70s with the shearling jacket. Almost every designer had at least one piece of shearling in their fall/winter 2015 collections. The bonus? Sheep skin is a sure way to stay warm, and for animal lovers there are plenty of synthetic options that will give you the shearling look and warmth during the cooler months.

Turtlenecks

Another fashion trend that has come and gone, and come again is the turtleneck. Who needs a scarf when your shirt covers your neck? The great thing about this trend is that turtlenecks come in different weights. You can wear a lightweight one under a sweater, or a heavy turtleneck by itself.

Knee-Length Wool Jacket

On and off the runway the knee-length wool jacket is the must-have for this coming season. The great thing about this trend is that it has some flexibility. You can go with single or double-breasted, and the colour doesn’t really matter. For a high fashion look go for a soft-shouldered, relaxed fit.

Pinstripe

The pinstripe has often been thought of as conservative businesses wear. This year we saw the pinstripe branch out in two different directions. We are still seeing the classic suiting choice used in clean, slim styles, but we are also seeing the pattern used in separates and not being limited to the classic vertical strips.
