Toms has partnered with National Geographic for a special collection of fall accessories to drive awareness and raise funds for global animal protection, specifically big cats.
The Toms Animal Initiative regularly partners with nonprofit animal conservation organizations across the world to drive awareness and raise funds for animal protection. This year the brand is focusing on National Geographic’s efforts to protect big cats and help to reverse the decline through on-the-ground conservation and educational projects.
The Toms x National Geographic Big Cats capsule collection features footwear for men, women and children, sunglasses for men and women and a unisex backpack. Each design in the limited collection features design elements representative of big cats, as well as imagery from National Geographic’s extensive archives. Of course, a portion of the net proceeds go to support National Geographic’s efforts to protect big cats.
The One for One Companies efforts to help protect lions, leopards and tigers in the wild comes at a crucial time. Trophy hunting big cats has dominated the headlines in recent months, but it’s important to remember that the wild animals are disappearing at an alarming rate.
The special edition Toms x National Geographic Big Cats collection will be available for Canadians at Toms.ca starting Tuesday, September 15.
